Meet the Havelock Chiropractic Center Team

Mandy McDonald, L.M.T., CA

My name is Mandy and I've been with Havelock Chiropractic Center off and on since February of 2007.  I took all of 2008 off to go back to school to get my massage therapy license.  I graduated in January 2009 and took my state and national licensing exam in May.  I currently do massage full time and when I'm not busy with that I'm assisting Dr. Lauer with patients.

Before I was an employee at HCC I was a patient.  I suffered from headaches almost every day.  A co-worker referred me to Dr. Lauer and had nothing but positive things to say about him as a doctor and the staff.  As soon as I walked in to the office I knew it was a great environment.  Soon after my treatment started a position for a chiropractic assistant came open and I applied immediately.  I was ecstatic to start a new career with Dr. Lauer and the team.

If you have any questions regarding the treatments we offer at HCC please do not hesitate to call.  I would be more than happy to answer your questions.

 Angela Bredthauer, CA

My name is Angela and I have lived in the Havelock area here in Lincoln most of my life.  I am married with one child and two dogs.  I came to work for Dr. Lauer in the fall of 2005 as a chiropractic assistant.  In 2007 I began working in the insurance and billing department.  I enjoy working to resolve insurance issues for our patients and helping our patients understand their insurance benefits.

Dr. Lauer creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment for all who visit our office.  I have seen miraculous effects of chiropractic treatment first hand and continue to be amazed every day at the improvement our patients experience in their health and well-being through chiropractic.

Cari McCullough, CA

I have been with Havelock Chiropractic Center since September of 2009.  I work as a chiropractic assistant part time and as a full time mom and wife the rest of the time. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our son at our home in Waverly, as well as cooking and singing at church.

I truly enjoy working with Dr. Lauer and the rest of the team at HCC. Not only is it great to be a part of our patient's treatment and recovery but its also wonderful to experience chiropractic care myself. My headaches and hip pain have been relieved through regular adjustments by Dr. Lauer and massage therapy from Mandy. Having the energy to do everything requires that I feel my best and chiropractic care has really helped with that.

Dr. David Asks some important questions of interest to Lincoln residents - Chiropractor Lincoln Dr. David Asks...

Can chiropractic relieve PMS?
If you have subluxations, especially in the lower spine that impair nerves that direct and monitor the reproductive and hormonal systems, chiropractic could be helpful. Undetected subluxations may also be responsible for pelvic pain, incontinence, sexual dysfunction and even infertility. Maybe chiropractic can help. Find out!
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
